You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your product for a full refund or exchange.
Original Condition Required
Products must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included.
Full Refund
Receive a complete refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of return approval.
How to Return a Product

Get Authorization
We'll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions within 24 hours
Pack & Ship
Securely pack the product in original packaging and ship to our return address using the provided label
Receive Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your product must meet these conditions:
- Timeframe: Returned within 14 days of delivery date
- Condition: Unused, undamaged, in original condition
- Packaging: Original Apple packaging, sealed if unopened
- Accessories: All included accessories, cables, manuals, and documentation
- Activation: Device must not be activated or registered to an Apple ID
- Physical Damage: No scratches, dents, or signs of use
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Opened AirPods or earphones (unless defective)
- Products with removed or damaged serial numbers
- Products damaged due to misuse or accident
- Gift cards and digital products
- Customized or engraved products
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange your product for a different model or color:
- Follow the standard return process
- Place a new order for the desired product
- We'll prioritize shipping your new order once the return is approved
Note: We recommend placing the new order after your return is approved to ensure product availability.
Refund Process
Refund Method: All refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
Processing Time:
- Return inspection: 1-2 business days after receipt
- Refund processing: 3-5 business days
- Bank/card processing: 5-10 business days (varies by bank)
Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product:
- Report Immediately: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide Photos: Send clear photos of the damage or defect
- Free Return: We'll provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you
- Priority Processing: Defective returns are processed within 24-48 hours
- Replacement or Refund: Choose a replacement product or full refund including shipping
Wrong Item Received
If we sent you the wrong product:
- Contact us immediately with your order number
- We'll arrange free return shipping
- The correct item will be shipped to you at no additional cost
- You'll receive priority shipping on the replacement
Apple Warranty
All Apple products come with the standard Apple Limited Warranty:
- Coverage: 1 year from date of purchase
- What's Covered: Manufacturing defects and hardware failures
- What's Not Covered: Accidental damage, liquid damage, unauthorized modifications
- Service: Warranty service available through Apple and our authorized service partners

AppleCare+ Extended Warranty
Consider purchasing AppleCare+ for extended coverage:
- Extended warranty up to 2-3 years (depending on product)
- Accidental damage coverage
- Priority technical support
- Battery replacement coverage
AppleCare+ can be purchased with your product or within 60 days of purchase.
Cancellations
Before Shipping: Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they ship. Contact us immediately.
After Shipping: Once shipped, you'll need to follow the standard return process after delivery.
